I am the Chief Scrap Eater and doggy alert system. It's my job to eat any scraps of food that fall on the floor and let Tim know when something or someone walks past the yard, some times I try to crawl into his lap--it can be a problem, I'm 92 lbs!!!

I am the Chief lap warmer, cutie pie and ball catcher. It's my job to look cute, play ball, and sit in Tim's lap!
I come from both a retail and IT background. I have worked for companies such as; Old Navy, Payless, Apple, Macprofessionals, and Attorneys Title Agency. I have been in the technology training and repair industry for about 6 years. I am a laid back kinda guy from western Michigan, Holland to be exact, and I spend as much of my off time there sipping coffee and enjoying the Lake as I can.
I got into the business for my love of technology and to help the less 'techno-savvy' among us to take advantage of all the latest and greatest features that iDevices and/or Android gadgets have to offer. While working at Apple, very often after asking a customer if they liked their iPhone they would respond with, "I dunno, I just use it for calling and texting". It was then that I set out on a mission to help people not only to learn how to use there technological devices but also what great things their devices are capable of.

*Due to the nature of CRT monitors and the Cadmium contained within them, there is a $10 disposal fee per monitor.
